Refund and guarantee policy

Any views you paid for that we haven't delivered. You can cancel an in-progress order at any point and be refunded for the undelivered remainder. There is no time limit, that's what makes it a lifetime guarantee rather than a 30-day one.

Views that have already been delivered. Once views are delivered they aren't refundable, even if your public count hasn't caught up yet. YouTube updates the visible view counter on a delay of roughly 4-5 hours, so a delivered order can look incomplete for a few hours before it settles.

This is the single most common source of confusion, so it's worth being precise. Delivery and display are two different events. We deliver views through the ad campaign; YouTube then validates and displays them on its own schedule, which runs roughly four to five hours behind and settles in batches. An order can be fully delivered and still show a lower public number for several hours.

If your public count hasn't moved at all after a full day, that isn't the delay, that's a problem, and you should email us. We'll check the campaign and, if delivery genuinely failed, refund it.

Email support@youtubeview.app with your order reference and the video URL. If you have an account you can also cancel an in-progress order directly from the order screen, which triggers the refund automatically.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Card refunds typically take three to five business days to appear depending on your bank; crypto refunds are sent back to the originating wallet.

If something has gone wrong, email us first. We would rather refund you than dispute a chargeback, and it is considerably faster for you. Filing a chargeback without contacting us locks the funds for weeks while the processor investigates, and we lose the ability to simply refund it.
