Terms of service

The agreement covering campaigns ordered through YoutubeView.app. Written to be read. If something here is unclear, ask us before ordering rather than after.

The service

What we provide

We build and fund paid advertising campaigns that promote a YouTube video you specify. You pay for a target number of views delivered through those campaigns. We are an advertising service; we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with YouTube or Google.

Your side

What you're responsible for

That you have the right to promote the video you submit, it's yours, or you're authorised to advertise it.
That the video is public and stays public for the duration of the campaign.
That the content doesn't break YouTube's Community Guidelines or applicable law. We won't knowingly promote content that does, and we'll cancel and refund an order rather than run one that does.
Providing an email address you actually monitor, so delivery updates reach you.

No guarantees

What we don't guarantee

We guarantee delivery of the views you ordered, subject to the refund policy. We do not guarantee retention, watch time, likes, comments, subscribers, monetization eligibility, search ranking, or any algorithmic outcome. Views are exposure. What follows depends on your video.

We also can't guarantee YouTube's behavior. YouTube screens all views on its platform through invalid-traffic checks and may freeze or reverse any of them, including organic ones. That decision is the platform's and is outside our control.

Payment

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown on the pricing table and are what you pay, nothing is added at checkout. Payment is taken up front through a third-party processor. Reseller and agency accounts may be quoted separately negotiated rates.

Refunds

Lifetime guarantee: cancel any order at any time and we refund whatever hasn't been delivered. Delivered views are not refundable. Full terms, including the display-delay exception, are on the refund policy page.

Free tier

The free tier

1,000 free views are available once per verified account. Creating multiple accounts to claim it repeatedly is abuse, and we'll cancel those claims and close the accounts. The offer may change or end at any time; existing delivered claims are unaffected.

Acceptable use

Don't use the service to promote content that is illegal, that infringes someone else's rights, or that violates YouTube's Community Guidelines. Don't attempt to resell campaigns as your own service without an agreed reseller arrangement. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, with a full refund.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost revenue, lost opportunity, or actions taken by YouTube against a channel.
